Announcement by KD Group d.d. regarding the assignment of an international credit rating
21.11.2014KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company or KD Group), announces the credit rating it has received from the credit rating agency Fitch Ratings. Fitch Ratings has assigned KD Group a credit rating of ‘BB-’ and has assigned Adriatic Slovenica, an insurance company, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, as the largest subsidiary of KD Group, a ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating. The outlook for the credit rating is ‘stable’.
The credit rating reflects the company’s strong position in the Slovenian insurance and asset management markets, as well as its adequate capitalisation.
