Addendum to the notice regarding the sale of shares in TE Brestanica and TE Šoštanj dated 28 December 2005

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

In relation to the notice concerning the sale of shares in TE Brestanica d.o.o. and TE Šoštanj d.o.o., which was published by KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, on 28 December 2005 on the SEOnet website, and the statements made by the counterparty, Holding Slovenske elektrarne d.o.o., we hereby supplement the notice with information regarding the value of the aforementioned transaction: The company sold its 19.47 per cent stake in TE Brestanica for 4,407,902,690.00 SIT, and an 18.27 per cent stake in TE Šoštanj for SIT 6,137,102,009.00.

From 4 January 2006 until further notice, the company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
