The establishment of SAI KD Investments Romania S.A.

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, a financial company, d.d., announces that on 26 January 2004, the management company SAI KD Investments Romania S.A. was registered in Romania, which is wholly owned by KD Group d.d.
The company, with its registered office in Bucharest, will manage the balanced mutual fund KD Maximus, which will invest its assets predominantly in various local securities and other investments permitted by law, and, to a lesser extent, in securities listed on European stock exchanges.
