Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that Sergej Racman, a member of the company’s Board of Directors, submitted his resignation on 21 7 July 2014, submitted his resignation to the Chairman of the Board of Directors from his positions as a member and Deputy Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, effective from the date of the 21st General Meeting of Shareholders.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 21 July 2014 onwards.
