Report on the remuneration of the management and supervisory bodies and the executive director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2023

Pursuant to Article 294.b of the Companies Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attached document, the Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Executive Director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2023, which was unanimously adopted at the company’s 33rd General Meeting of Shareholders held on 14 May 2024.


The Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Executive Director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2024 has also been published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si from 14 May 2024 onwards for a period of ten years.
