KD Group, finančna družba, d. d., hereby announces that on 28 January 2005, the company KD Investments, sprav. spol, a.s., with its registered office in Bratislava, was registered in Slovakia. The company is wholly owned by KD Group d.d. and will be engaged in the establishment and management of mutual funds in Slovakia.
