Publication of unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2004

of KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1; Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 56/99, as amended) and the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. publishes the unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements for 2004 and significant notes relating to the operations of KD Group, financial company d.d.

The unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2004 and key explanatory notes regarding the operations of KD Group, a financial company d.d., will also be published on the website www.kd-group.si from 31 March 2005 until further notice.
