Publication of the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements of the subsidiary KD Investments d.o.o.

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Group d.d. hereby publishes the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements of its subsidiary KD Investments, d.o.o., Ljubljana, for the financial year 2002.

KD Investments d.o.o. will publish its unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2002 on 1 April 2003 in the newspaper Dnevnik.
