Publication of the summary of the audited annual report

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes a summary of the audited annual report with the auditor’s opinion for 2006

of KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended and supplemented), publishes a summary of the audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the year 2006; and under the heading ‘Annual and Half-Yearly Reports’, the company also publishes the full audited annual report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for 2006.
