Publication of information on a significant holding pursuant to Article 573 of the ZTFI

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that it has received notifications of a significant shareholding pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 573 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI).

On 16 October 2007, UniCredit Banka Slovenije d.d., acting on behalf of its client Vegro Stiftung, Heiligkreuz 6, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 573 of the ZTFI, that on 11 October 2007, Vegro Stiftung held 22,272 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d., representing an 11.95 per cent stake in all issued shares of KD Group d.d.

On 16 October 2007, UniCredit Banka Slovenije d.d., acting on behalf of its client Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG, Vienna, Vordere Zollamstrasse 13, 1030 Vienna, Republic of Austria, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 573 of the ZTFI, that on 11 October2007, held 14,333 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d., representing a 7.69 per cent stake in all issued shares of KD Group d.d.
