Notification of receipt of the KDD decision

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 11 October 2006 it received a decision from KDD – Central Clearing and Depository Company d.d. regarding the entry of changes to the details of the shares issued by KD Group d.d. in the central register of dematerialised securities, in accordance with the resolution on the introduction of fractional shares adopted by the company’s general meeting of shareholders on 30 August 2006.

From 12 October 2006 until further notice, the company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
