Notification of receipt of the AZN decision

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 24 September 2010 it received, for information purposes, a decision from the Insurance Supervisory Agency, in which the Agency that the Insurance Supervisory Agency had determined that the group headed by KD, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, constitutes a financial conglomerate. The aforementioned group has, at the top, two parent entities or holding companies (KD, finančna družba d.d., and KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana), which, for the purposes of the Financial Conglomerates Act, are considered mixed financial holding companies, whilst the parent entity at the top is KD, financial company, d.d.

At KD d.d., we will examine the decision and proceed in accordance with the regulations.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, under ‘Public Announcements’ from 24 September 2010 onwards.
