KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD d.d.), pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, hereby informs the public that on 15 November 2017 it received a decision from the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. that, with effect from 1 December 2017, 80 bonds issued by KD d.d., with a total nominal value of EUR 8,000,000.00, under the collective ticker SKD2, and that trading is due to commence on 1 December 2017.
