Notice regarding the issue of bonds by KD d.d.

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby announces that on 7 October 2010, it successfully completed the issue of bonds totalling EUR 13,790,000.00, with a maturity of 7 years and an interest rate of 7 per cent. The bond issue is intended to improve the structure and balance the maturities of assets and liabilities in the issuer’s balance sheet. The bonds were issued without the publication of a prospectus, pursuant to points 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of Article 49 of the Financial Instruments Market Act. The issuer has undertaken to list the bonds on the stock market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange within six months of the completion of the initial sale and the registration of bondholders in the central register maintained by KDD.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 8 October 2010 onwards.
