Notice regarding the disposal of own shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, acting pursuant to the authorisation granted by the company’s 10th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 August 2006, on 5 July 2007 disposed of 16,164 of the company’s own shares, ticker symbol SKDR, representing 8.67 per cent of the company’s share capital, at a price of EUR 741 per share.
