Notice regarding the acquisition of a qualifying holding

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Group, financial company d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attachment, a notice regarding the acquisition of a qualifying holding in KD Group d.d. by Epakta d.o.o., Škofja Loka, and related parties of Robert Šega, a member of the supervisory board of KD Group d.d.
The company published the notice on 12 September 2005 in the newspaper Dnevnik; from that date until further notice, it will also be published on the company’s website at www.kd-group.si.
