Notice regarding significant shareholdings

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 3 September 2008, it received notification of the disposal of a significant holding of shares in the issuer KD Group d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

Vegro Stiftung, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, has informed us that on 29 August 2008 it disposed of 22,272 SKDR shares, representing 11.95% of the voting rights attached to the SKDR shares. Following this disposal, Vegro Stiftung is no longer a holder of SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 3 September 2008 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
