Notice regarding significant shareholdings

Information regarding receipt of a notification of the purchase of shares in KD Group d.d.

KD Group d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby notifies the public, in accordance with Article 386 of the ZTFI, that on 25 August 2008 it received notifications from Tikan Holding Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, and Soroli Invest Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, informing us of the purchase of shares in the issuer KD Group d.d.

Tikan Holding Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, has informed us that it has acquired 14,333 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d., representing a 7.69 per cent stake in all issued shares of KD Group d.d. carrying voting rights.

Soroli Invest Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, has notified us that it has acquired 29,861 shares in KD Group d.d., representing a 16.02 per cent stake in all issued shares of KD Group d.d. carrying voting rights.

Prior to this transaction, neither Tikan Holding Limited nor Soroli Invest Limited held any shares with voting rights in KD Group d.d., ticker symbol SKDR.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 28 August 2008 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
