Notice regarding a qualifying holding

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby announces that it has received notifications regarding a change in the qualifying holding of shares in KD Group d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR.

Delany Holdings Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, has notified KD Group d.d. that on 23 8 August 2007, through the disposal of 21,724 ordinary shares with the ticker symbol SKDR, it no longer held more than an 11.65 per cent stake in the voting rights of KD Group d.d.

KDG Naložbe, naložbena dejavnost, d.o.o., Ljubljana, has notified KD Group d.d. that, by acquiring 21,724 ordinary shares with the ticker symbol SKDR on 23 August 2007, it has reached an 11.65per cent of the voting rights in KD Group d.d.

This notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 24 August 2007 onwards.
