Notice regarding a qualifying holding

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby announces that it has received notifications regarding a change in the qualifying holding of shares in KD Group d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR.

GAMA Holdings B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has informed KD Group d.d. that, on 17 August 2007, through the sale of 21,724 ordinary shares with the ticker symbol SKDR to Delany Holdings Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, it no longer held more than an 11.65 per cent stake in the voting rights of KD Group d.d.

Delany Holdings Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, has in turn notified KD Group d.d. that, through the acquisition of 21,724 ordinary shares (ticker symbol SKDR) on 17 August 2007, Delany Holdings Limited had reached an 11.65per cent of the voting rights in KD Group d.d.

This notification will also be published on the company’s website at www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 22 August 2007 onwards.
