Notice regarding a qualifying holding

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/06, hereinafter referred to as ZPre-1), hereby announces that it has received notification of a qualifying holding in the shares of KD Group d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR.

Bank Austria Creditanstalt d.d., Ljubljana, acting on behalf of its client VEGRO STIFTUNG, Heiligkreuz 6, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, has notified KD Group d.d. that VEGRO STIFTUNG, Liechtenstein, had exceeded a 10 per cent share of voting rights as at 31 May 2007, having acquired 22,272 SKDR shares on that date, representing an 11.95 per cent share of all issued SKDR shares.
