Notice regarding a qualifying holding

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/06, hereinafter ‘ZPre-1’), hereby announces that it has received notification from Epakta, d.o.o., Škofja Loka, a notification regarding the disposal of a qualifying holding, namely that on 15 January 2007, Epakta, d.o.o., disposed of 9,518 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR, representing a 5.1 per cent stake in voting rights. Following the aforementioned disposal of shares, Epakta, d.o.o. no longer holds more than a 5 per cent stake in the voting rights of KD Group d.d.

The company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si from 19 January 2007 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
