Notice regarding a change of company name and a change to the website address where notices are published

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that, pursuant to a resolution of the company’s 12th General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 29 August 2008, a change to the company’s name has been entered in the court register.

The new company name of KD Group d.d., following the entry of the resolution on the change in the Commercial Register on 11 September 2008, is: KD, financial company, d.d., or the abbreviated name: KD d.d. KD Holding d. d., meanwhile, was renamed KD Group d. d.

by virtue of the decision on the registration of the change dated 16 September 2008, which became final on 24 September 2008. Under the KD Group brand, the KD Group is becoming increasingly recognised as a universal financial intermediary offering a wide range of products and services. In line with the adopted development guidelines and with the aim of strengthening the KD Group’s market position, we at the KD Group have therefore decided to rename the companies KD Group d.d. and KD Holding d.d., a decision which has also been approved by the shareholders of both companies.

At the same time, we are informing the public of the change to the address of the company’s website. Public announcements and other information relating to KD d.d. (formerly KD Group d.d.) will be available at the new web address www.kd-fd.si, whilst public announcements and other information regarding KD Group d.d. (formerly KD Holding d.d.) will continue to be available at www.kd-group.com.

From 25 September 2008 onwards, this notice will also be published on the websites www.kd-group.com and www.kd-fd.si under the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
