KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company) hereby notifies the public, pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and applicable legislation, that on 28 August2020, a court decision was issued regarding the registration of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association relating to a reduction in share capital through the cancellation of own shares with the code SKDR.
Following the entry of the amendments in the court register on 28 August 2020:
- the company’s share capital amounts to: EUR 1,420,288.
76- the number of issued shares with the symbol SKDR: 170,179
The company will subsequently withdraw 16,257 shares with the ticker symbol SKDR from the organised market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and deregister the withdrawn shares from the central securities register at KDD – Central Clearing and Depository Company, d.d.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.siv under the ‘Public Announcements’ section for a period of five years from 28 August 2020.
