Notice of the inaugural meeting of the Supervisory Board of KD d.d.

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, comprising Milan Kneževič, Sergej Racman, Aleksander Sekavčnik and Tomaž Butina, held its inaugural meeting on 9 March 2009, at which it appointed Milan Kneževič as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Sergej Racman as Deputy Chairman.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 9 March 2009 onwards.
