Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KD d.d.

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 152 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, the provisions of applicable legislation and the Articles of Association of KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, the company’s Board of Directors hereby convenes the 33rd General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on Tuesday, 14 May 2024, at 9.00 am at the company’s registered office, KD d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana. The notice

convening the General Meeting was published on 10 April 2024 on the AJEPS online portal.The notice convening the meeting, draft resolutions with explanatory notes, and other information and materials for shareholders are published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under Investor Relations/Shareholders’ Meeting and on the website of Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. SEOnet.

Materials for the General Meeting, including proposed resolutions with explanatory notes and the adopted annual reports of the KD Group and KD d.d. for 2023, the Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Executive Director at KD d.d. for the financial year 2023, and the Report on the acquisition and disposal of shares, are also available to shareholders at the registered office of KD d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, at the secretariat on the 3rd floor every working day from the date of publication of the notice of the meeting until the General Meeting, between 9.00 and 15.00.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, from 10 April 2024 onwards, under ‘Public Announcements’, and will remain available for a further five years from the date of publication.
