Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, at its 16th meeting on 28 February 2008, reviewed the draft business plan of the KD Group for 2008 and the current activities within the KD Group.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-group.com, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 28 February 2008 onwards.
