KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 23 January 2015, it received notification of a change in significant shareholdings in KD d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).
Caranthania Investments S.A., Boulevard de la Foire 16A, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed the company that on 8 December 2014 it acquired 3,000 SKDR shares. Prior to the transaction, Caranthania Investments S.A. held 25,732 SKDR shares, representing 13.81 per cent of all SKDR shares or 14.99 per cent of SKDR shares with voting rights; and following the acquisition, it holds 28,732 SKDR shares, representing 15.42 per cent of all SKDR shares or 16.74 per cent of SKDR shares with voting rights.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 26 January 2015 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
