Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 20 February 2012, it received notification of a change in significant shareholdings in KD d.d. shares with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

Avra, d.o.o., Kozlarjeva pot 3a, 1000 Ljubljana, has informed the company that on 17 February 2012 it disposed of 8,540 SKDR shares. Prior to the transaction, Avra d.o.o. held 20,053 SKDR shares, representing 10.76 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares; following the disposal, Avra d.o.o. now holds 11,513 SKDR shares, representing 6.18% of the voting rights in SKDR shares. This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 21 February 2012 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
