KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 141 and 147 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 14 January2019, it received notification of a change in significant shareholdings in KD d.d. shares with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) held by MIG AM PLUS LIMITED, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus.
