Notice of a change in a qualifying holding

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/06, hereinafter ‘Zpre-1’), hereby announces that it has received from DRI d.o.o. - in liquidation, that DRI d.o.o. - in liquidation on 9 October 2006, in accordance with the liquidator’s decision on the distribution of the company’s assets, disposed of 21,724 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR, representing an 11.65 per cent stake in the issuer’s total share capital. Following the aforementioned disposal of shares, DRI d.o.o. – in liquidation – is no longer a shareholder of the issuer KD Group d.d.
Gama Holdings B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has informed KD Group d.d. that on 9 October 2006 it had acquired 21,724 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR, representing an 11.65 per cent stake in the total share issue of the issuer KD Group d.d.

The company will also publish this notification on its website www.kd-group.si from 13 October 2006 until further notice, in the ‘Notifications’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
