Information on the disclosure of transactions with a related party of a director

, a financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), hereby informs the public that on 14 October 2016, it received a notification regarding the disposal of shares in KD d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares); on the basis of this, the Company was informed that a person closely associated with a member of the Company’s Management Board, Aleksander Sekavčnik, namely Caranthania Investments SA, Bulevard de la Foire 16 A, Luxembourg (hereinafter: Caranthania Investments), had disposed of 475 shares with the ticker symbol SKDR.


This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 14 October 2016 onwards, and will remain available for at least 5 years from the date of publication. KD
