Half-year unaudited management report of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2011

Pursuant to Articles 112 and 113 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited interim report on the operations of KD, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2011. The company’s Board of Directors adopted the half-yearly report at its meeting on 31 August 2011.
