Entry of the conversion of the share capital to the euro in the court register

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, has received the decision of the District Court in Ljubljana, Ref. No. 2007/00932, by which the court, on 6 March 2007, entered into the court register the conversion of the share capital into euros and the corresponding amendment to the Articles of Association.
The share capital of 372,872,000.00 SIT has been replaced by the amount of 1,555,967.28 EUR.

This notice will also be available from 9 March 2007 on the company’s website at www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
