KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 118 and 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 28 September 2018 it received amended notifications regarding changes to significant shareholdings in KD d.d. shares with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) held by Soroli Invest Limited, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus, and from MIG AM PLUS LIMITED, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus.
The attached notifications regarding changes to significant shareholdings in KD d.d. shares with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) held by Soroli Invest Limited, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus, and MIG AM PLUS LIMITED, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus, the previously published notification by KD d.d. regarding changes to significant shareholdings, dated 19 September 2018, is hereby superseded.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 2 October 2018 onwards, for a minimum of 5 years from the date of publication.
