Change in the total number of shares with voting rights

Pursuant to Article 149 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD d.d.), hereby announces a change in the total number of SKDR shares carrying voting rights, resulting from the implementation of a corporate action to reduce the share capital through the cancellation of own shares.
Following the reduction of share capital through the cancellation of own shares, as at 31 August 2020, the company has:
- the total number of all issued SKDR shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer KD d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 170,179•
the total number of shares with voting rights: 170,179, representing 100% of all issued shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 2 September 2020 onwards, and will remain available for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
