Change in the total number of shares with voting rights

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Articles 148 and 149 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and in accordance with the Decision on the Disclosure of Regulated Information, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD d.d.), hereby announces a change in the total number of own shares and the new total number of own shares as at 31 December 2019:
•    the total number of all issued shares with the ticker symbol SKDR, registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer KD d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 186,436,
•    total number of treasury shares: 17,136, representing 9.19 per cent of all issued shares,
•    total number of shares with voting rights: 169,300, representing 90.81% of all issued shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si from 6 January 2020 onwards in the ‘Public Announcements’ section, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
