In accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and Article 134 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, publishes the audited annual report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the financial year 2025 in the standard ESEF format. The annual report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 30 March 2026.
The information contained in this publication will be available on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, from 30 March 2026 onwards, for at least 10 years from the date of publication.
