In accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and Article 134 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of the KD Group and KD d.d. for the financial year 2020 in the standard ESEF format. The annual report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 23 April 2021.
The information contained in this publication will be available on the company’s website at www.kd-fd.si from 28 April 2021 onwards, for a minimum of 10 years from the date of publication.
