Annual report

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, pursuant to Article 22.d of ZTVP-1, hereby publishes its Annual Document, which contains all the information that, in accordance with securities regulations in the Republic of Slovenia, has been published over the last 12 months on the websites of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and SEOnet.

The Annual Document will also be published from 28 July 2006 until further notice on the website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
