Annual Report

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, 1000 Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended and supplemented), is publishing the audited consolidated annual report of the KD Group for the financial year 2005 on the SEOnet website and on the company’s website at www.kd-group.si; and in the ‘Public Announcements’ section, the company also publishes a summary of the audited consolidated annual report of the KD Group and the auditor’s special report on the summary of the annual report.

The documents will be available for inspection at the registered office of KD Group d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, every working day between 9.00 and 15.00, and on the website www.kd-group.si.
