KD, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 63 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, publishes an annual document containing all information that has been publicly disclosed in the last 12 months in accordance with securities regulations in the Republic of Slovenia.
