Annual report

KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 63 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, publishes an annual document containing all information that has been publicly disclosed in accordance with securities regulations in the Republic of Slovenia over the past 12 months. All public disclosures contained in the annual document are available to the public via the Ljubljana Stock Exchange’s SEOnet electronic notification system and on the company’s website at www.kd-fd.si.
