Addendum to the notice regarding a qualifying holding

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 77 in conjunction with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/06, hereinafter referred to as Zpre-1), announces that it has received a supplement to the notification regarding a qualifying holding pursuant to Article 77 of Zpre-1 from Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. and Avra d.o.o.
Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. has informed us that on 11 August 2006, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG, Landstrasse 126 A, Schaan, held 19,916 shares with the ticker symbol SKDR issued by KD Group d.d. on 11 August 2006, representing 10.68% of the voting rights in the issuing company.
Avra d.o.o. has informed us that, on 11 August 2006, it held 11,232 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d., representing 6 per cent of the voting rights, and that it had sold 7,000 shares, meaning it no longer holds a qualifying holding.

The company will also publish this notification on its website www.kd-group.si from 12 October 2006 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
