Chairman of the Board of Directors
Milan Kneževič holds a university degree in economics and a university degree in forestry engineering. He has extensive experience in agriculture, forestry and trade, as well as in finance and banking.
Prior to his retirement in 2005, Milan Kneževič served as the long-standing Chairman of the Management Board of Slovenska zadružna kmetijska banka d.d. (now Deželna banka Slovenije d.d.). Before that, he held the position of Director of the Corporate Accounting Department and, for two terms (8 years), served as the Chairman of the Republic Committee for Agriculture, Forestry, and Food, as well as a member of the Executive Council (the current government) of the Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia (SRS).
Milan Kneževič is a member of the Management Board of KD d.d. (previously a member of the Supervisory Board of the company since 2001), and he was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KD Skladi d.o.o. since the establishment of Kmečka družba d.d. and a member of the Supervisory Board of GEA College d.d.
From 1994 to the present, he has also served as Chairman or member of the Supervisory Boards of several other public limited companies.
